Wonder if we will get some free. Didn't give a daily goal to do. I ended up buying a bunch though .. think I shouldn't have spent as much lol.. didn't get a pet.. but the new stuff is nice

The new streamlined beach balls have new prizes, but there is no longer daily goals. They can be bought for the cheaper price of 50 gems instead of the usual 300 for new prizes.Originally Posted by duckbean

So there's no goal here it's just buy one for 50 gems and see what u get, right? Not going to have to smash 30 of them or a set number?

I got to say... I prefer the cost to these things in comparison to the 300 or so gems ones. Not only that, but if you collect them all you get 50 gems + plus the extra 5 from the first one you buy.
Just bought two with the extra gems I had, and not too disappointed with what I got. The prices are much more easier to take if you either happen to get something you don't want or whatever, or even if you just want to buy more of them. Don't know if I'll buy more yet though.

The prices are quite nice & tropical looking.
I take this works the same way as the smashing pumpkins & yuletide events, does it reward a special pet though ?
But if it works the same as the smashing events, then we do alot, all for 50 gems a piece? That's alot of gems for one a day. Do I have this right, or is there no associated goal coming? It says "streamlined." I'm confused.

This event has no daily goals, so the number of beach balls to smash is effectively unlimited, but there is a "Collect Them All" quest as a reminder of all the potential prizes to win.
