Ticket fail to send
When I try to put request to transfer form my old device to new on I get the message ticket fail to send,so how else can I do it

If you sent an email then that might be why. You need to log a ticket via a web form. Transferring your own game to a new device is quite easy though if you know your password and takes only a few minutes. Here are the instructions I wrote for my forum but it's exactly the same and actually easier as you already have bakery story.
If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the step by step instructions here in this post - Transfer your game / Logon on Feature.
