Castle Story 05/20: The Baron's Wishes | event information on page 1

I just got the cash cow from the adventure and I'm not on Chapter 7 where it's usually rewarded, I'm still stuck on Chapter 4. I'm wondering if I just got lucky or if this is some kind of fix for today's issues.

I'm also receiving multiple Faerie Biscuits from the Fairy Dogmother.

I'm probably lucky too because I received two Faerie Dogmothers from two adventures while still in Chapter 3, and I have also received two Cash Cows as of two adventures ago.

The only thing that I'm not getting is the Desiderium Tree/Sapling. Twice now my Keep dropped a tree/sapling. I collected them but, they just don't appear in my inventory

** I run adventures back-to-back so the chances of getting these rare drops are higher.

Force close and reopen, I had to do that for my tree but not an extra fairy dogmother. It's a little exciting to reopen and go to inventory. : )

For all adventurers, as Stymie said, luck can improve at any drop, I haven't been as lucky YET as some or even as I was in the Herc event, but that's fine. Just keep going in adventures and goodies will keep showing up. May our fairy dogmothers grant our wishes for... more fairy dogmothers. : ) And other goodies. Cash cows (yes, ore of those please) and trees. Thank you Fairy Dogmother! : ) :

Nope. It was definitely a sapling (perhaps a tree because it looked fully grown). It just happened again. My Keep dropped the sapling/tree, I tapped on it to pick it up, and it did not appear in my inventory.

I think that this is definitely a bug. The next few times I'll switch on the video capture of the screen to see if I can record this bug.

It was a Tree dropping, and you'll find it in your inventory after a force-close.

I have multiple dogs and a cow. Now it wants wheat. I never have enough wheat. I?d rather give my first born child! Oops, don?t have one of those.
Trying to decide if I should continue since all I wanted was the animals, anyway.

Chapter 4
Goal 1 of 3: Practice Your Spells 0/2
Goal 2: Visit the Faerie Dogmother 0/8 (The Faerie Dogmother must not be a very rare drop from the Adventure. If you get 1 as a drop from the Adventure, with an 8 hour timer, this 8 visits will take forever. It is on sale in the Market for 100 gems. That is outrageous! The items required to do the Adventure are not difficult to acquire. I was able to get 2 Faerie Dogmothers before I depleted my Roast Chicken and Water.)

I just got to this point and I?ve been working very hard and now I get to eight visits times 8hr. That?s impossible and of course I screwed up and I collected right away so now I have to wait eight hours to start that

Not even going to bother now no sense I?m never going to be able to get to the next days tasks for at least three days unless the adventure drops more. No way I?m going to use gems. My biggest complaint about storm eight is they have not initiated an ask before you use gems signal so if you tap it by mistake you lose your gems I can?t tell you how many gems I?ve lost for that reason. I love this game but it?s getting very frustrating. I also wish they would give us at least a week in between each event they go immediately to one after one is completed give us a chance to work on our other tasks

Played several storybook events before. I knew day 5 and 9 have roadblocks (neighbor requests).
I did not expect an additional roadblock on day 4 (8h timer on dogmother) Did lots of adventures, but so far no extra dogmothers.
Not giving up, but as I can not craft anything at this stage it will make this event hard to finish. Even if the timer gets fixed it won?t make up for lost time.
Definitely not spending any gems on this one!!

You get Ethylle the Faerie if you finish all the Chapters within the allotted time.
Check your 'The Baron's Wishes' Goal page for your timer & check page 1 for all the Goal information.

Same here, I lost count about how many gems I lost by just incidentally clicking on something.
That?s why I will never ever buy any gems.

The hardest part during this event is the 8h timer of the dogs. Luckily I was able to collect 4 so far by continuously doing the adventure. I also got a 2nd golden cow just now.
