It may take 2-3 force quit attempts. I finally got in on 1 account by leaving the game for an hour.

It seems to be a rare drop. I have mmm 20 -odd clouds and it took 3-4 passes through all of them.

No. Only from the 1 Storm Cloud that we get.

3 times for me and no wind stones however I am looking at this as a positive no babysitting your game except for every four hours which is the exact time for a wisp lantern so I can replenish my stock of those
