I just completed goal 4. Got the chicken hot dog stand decoration I wanted. Now I'm done with this event..going to craft and make money to expand more since me expanding is much more needed than a exotic pet I don't have room for nor want to work nonstop to get.. anyways good luck to everyone else on the rest of the event!
How do we get to the chicken in the bench?
I was wondering the same thing, but I think it's just a part of the picture and not being offered as a prize. It seems like they have added something extra on other pictures of events before but wasn't offered as a prize.

Well, that's probably cuz the chip bags come from the chickens. :-)
