The Jealous Dragon can be bred using Green + Yellow or Rainbow + Green but, I'd stick with the former. Green + Yellow yields a total of 20 possibilities with one bad 18-hour Nymph failure whereas a Rainbow + Green pairing has 29 outcomes with many of them above 18 hours.
I got mine on my first try with a Neo Forest and Neo Air pairing ...
