I don't understand why apple users have a lot of fonctions and stuffs that the Android players don't have.

I have reader the "Bakery story guide" and I don't understand why the apple users have a gem dispensator and a coin boost, for example. Because I think that those things are in the game from while ago, so why does this happen?
