Switched account problems
I switched my old veteran account from old to a new device, but faced some problems. All games are ok, except restaurant story. It is displayed as a new one. Please help me. I did logged in the new device- all games work well.

This happens to lots of players on iDevices because of the iOS Game Center.
If your new device is an iOS, make sure you open the settings and sign into the Game Center which should get your RS game back to where it was. If you're moving to a droid device from an iDevice, you'll have to use the link in Paul's response above to contact s8 support and have them switch your account over.
I had the same problem, ended up creating a whole new ID for resturant Story which doesn't connect to any other Storm8 games because the main account was connected to the game centre and they can't remove it
