My goal pad is missing can't see the upcoming goals

If you have finished all of the goals for your level you will not see the clipboard. Almost all of the permanent goals are unlocked at the beginning of the game to help guide you through it. Once there is a new goal, the menu will re-appear. Unfortunately, there is no limited time goal going on at the moment. When a new event comes out, the goal button will re-appear.
