Goals Missing

Since like around level 20 I haven?t had any regular goals. The one that don?t have a time limit and unlock like special stuff. I don?t have any of those and I?ve been only doing the timed ones that are like seasonal. Are they supposed to be missing?

Sorry to say but the only permanent, non-timed goals in RS are for the few for beginner levels and it sounds as though you've completed them. From here on out, you'll just see the limited time 5 or 15 day goals in your goal book.
