    Disappeared Gold bars

    I purchased gold bars that disappeared. This is the second time this happened. I put in a refund request. Tried to play the game and was told I was blocked for inappropriate activity. So I didn't want to lose my money and complained so that makes me inappropriate. Thoughts?
