I'm not sure what the official breeding combination is yet, but I know you can get this dragon breeding two pure pink dragons together because the Valentine element does not play a part in the breeding. This means that you'll also be able to breed it with a pure diamond and pink combination.
The Passion Dragon (pure Valentine) cannot be used in a breeding pair because it cannot be found in the list of breedable dragons. If you insist on having the Valentine element in your breeding, you're going to have to use a dragon containing it, like the Whitebloom, Tender Heart, or Single dragon.
I got it breeding Virtue with Neo Pink.

I tried Kitsune and Cutesy - first try = FIRE. Second try = LIGHT.
8 possible results from 2 pure pinks, one of which is the 17 hour Black Swan
It seems that breeding Smitten or any other heart/pink dragon with a pure pink has only one possible result - Fire. So I will try this repeatedly when I get a free spot to see what happens.
Admirer & XO = Fire (10 seconds)
Admirer & XO = 4 hours = SUCCESS!!!
Virtue & Cutesy = Fire (10 seconds)
Virtue & Cutesy = 4 hours
Other 4 hour outcomes using Valentine & Pink AND using Pink & Pink:

The "official" breeding combo is Pink & Red, this combo only has Adorable as a 4 hour outcome

Smitten/Virtue - it worked. It appears only possible offspring are Fire and Adorable???
Got Adorable on two games using Virtue & Lovepup. YAY! Don’t know why I’m excited...no place to put it!
Got it first try with cutie pie and virtue
I used to call it the Broken Heart element because that's what it looks like.
I've spent thousands of dollars on Storm8 games, but I'm still not valued by the company.
