The ability to remove (inactive) neighbors

Could you make an option to be able to remove (inactive) neighbors?
Im getting a little tired of visiting neighbors that are no longer playing anymore.

You have option to remove neighbors.When you go to social,then neighbors you have a gray sign edit. Tap on edit and xou display sign for delting beside every heighbor
