Can't move floor decoration in design mode

The ornamental shopping floor decoration is stuck in place with a part of it out on the grass. Won?t move in design mode. Cannot store it. Cannot place items over it. Not sure what to do. I?ve restarted device several times does nothing.

Same for me. Mine is going across my property line!
Sent an email for help, haven’t heard back yet.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled game. Still can’t move or store it.

Same here. I guess what I was calling grass was my property line.

Interesting....I wonder how many with the same problem are needed in order to get a fix?

I wonder if expanding your bakery, and therefore expanding your property line past the point of where the object is, would fix it. I'm no expert, believe me, and I realize this would cost you a lot of gems or coins to find out if it works.

I thought of expanding, then thought it might not work. After expanding to my current size, I realize I really don’t need all that space.
Wish they had ‘caution tape’ or ‘crime scene’ border I could put around it, as it seems it is now a permanent fixture.
