Can't do final upgrade in Gnome for the Holidays

I have all the materials - no build button. I force quit and still nothing!

I also lost 100 gems when I finished the quest. Gems are very hard to earn so a loss og 100 gems are not okay!!!!!

It also lost 100 gems when I upgraded to lvl 10 and the tiny reindeer is 7 days not 10hrs.

I have all of the materials ready to go and the build button is not available. Clicking buy now for 0 gems also does nothing. Issue was not resolved with force closing game.

Built my sled and lost 100 gems 😭

Can?t finish building the final goal. Lucky I did not have 100 gems S8 could rob me of.

Adding my name to the list of folks who can't finish, even though I have all the required items. The Build button is grayed out. I have less than 100 gems, so that wasn't a problem for me. Tried to upload an image, but I get the message that the image is too large. It's a screenshot. I did send in a ticket, but there was no number on the tiny green pop up that said it was successfully submitted.

On Chapter 10 goal 5 of Gnome for the Holidays, the "build" button on the sleigh is non functional.

I have all the materials but am unable to complete the last step to receive the Reindeer.

and my problem is the same ... the sled doesn't allow it to be upgraded...
