It kind of depressing way to end the game not being able to build the sleigh. Lots of frustration with glitches this time. Loved all the graphics and toys though.
I'm also not able to finish despite having all parts needed. Buy All 0 gems, green Build button grayed out. I've fewer than 100 gems so 0 gems lost. I have not filed a bug report yet but this post should time stamp me.

IMPORTANT AND URGENT INFO ON UPGRADING TO LEVEL 10
Issue: EITHER all materials made and the upgrade button not available OR your gem balance is over 100 and when all materials made the build button is available but the game takes 100 gems from you when you upgrade.
I have sent through and urgent request for help. When an issue affects us all they can trace players impacted by the glitch. I'm not lodging a ticket with support yet until the team can address the issue.
Can confirm that the 100 gems changes the Build button. I had 14 gems and no build button available. So, as an experiment I bought some gems. As soon as the number of gems went over 100 the Build button appeared. I did not click on it, and will now go spend those gems on a baby troll. Lol
Same here. Under 100 gems and no build option. Should we log individual support tickets or not? I want to be sure to get the fully upgraded sleigh and reindeer with the event quickly counting down. How can we be assured that all our hard work through the event won’t be for nothing? Help!
Same here! Have filed with support and sent photos of screen, storm8 ID and payment for gems
It appears S8 has fixed this. For those that lost gems, hopefully S8 has already, or will remedy during the work week.
Thank you SW and Storm8 for fixing it. Just upgraded the sleigh.
