I won the Holiday Garden yesterday, and today it dropped 1x Pile of Seeds, 2x Magic Fruit and Black Flag for Living Wood. Not bad right?
I'm so happy it is a multidropper.
I really love the prizes this time!

Spiritwind, is it possible for you to ask S8 if they can do something about the blurry graphics of the Holiday Garden & Holiday Castle? (and if they could fix the Sleigh so we could turn it?)

Not only is it possible, it's done! lol Idris is still on the list of items the team are looking into correcting, and I've added these 2 items to the list.

I won my fourth prize from the tent today. The snow kitsecorn and got the winter clydesdale. I placed both in my kingdom and when I went in an hour later both had gone and the goal for winning 4 items has gone from my goal book. Really upset. I have written to support but I am worried they won’t believe me.

Edit I have had a response from S8 asking for more info but every time I reply I get the same email back asking for the same information. I don’t want them to think I am spamming them but don’t know what to do. SW can you please advise. Do I keep replying or not.

I had him in y tent a couple of days and forgot to collect the extra cabbages I need to win him and timed out. Really disappointed but hopefully he will appear again.

It will be ok... yes, reply back to the ticket and let them know you've also raised it on the forum with me too. They can check your account to verify the 4 items. The reply emails are likely just automated standard template ones. Come back to me via PM if you need to talk about further or need more assistance. I'll come back onto the forum a bit later and check on you.
