I also lost 100 gems. I had al the material, upgrade the sleigh and the game took 100 gems.

They stole 100 gems after I upgraded to lvl 10.Storm 8 I want my gems back

Same here. The game took away 100 gems for no reason. I seriously hope that this is an error and will be fixed else I will consider quitting the game. I have spent several 1000s of gems on the game but did so out of choice, THIS is totally unacceptable.

Yep, me too, I’ve got less than 100 gems anyway, and my build button is greyed out! I’ve submitted a report to Storm8 (I think) so hopefully they will get it sorted before the time has run out for this quest! Come on Storm8 help your fellow players out???

I'm thinking it might take them longer to fix if they have a stuffed mailbox. Spiritwind would it be better to start a thread dedicated to this one bug and have people post in it only putting that information in the thread?

Everyone might want to get screenshots of the reward and grayed out button too.
