I've received about 130 new neighbor requests (260 neighbors total) but only about 50 green bow requests. And yesterday and today I had red bow requests. Anyone who needs bows feel free to send me an invite or request. I'm watching for them.

My wife is unable to complete Chapter 10, Goal 5, so I am posting for her.

She has completed all the parts needed to upgrade the Sleight to level 10 but the build option is unavailable, see attached picture. A force close did not help.

What is the best way to resolve this problem?

I could upgrade but they took 100 gems for the upgrade!!! I mean seriously, that’s just pure theft!

Ack i'm glad it's still on Goal 5 at least- That's so weird! Not good 


Edit: I'm out of ideas if the holy grail force close didn't work and we can't blame those pesky partial rollbacks- Have both users filed support tickets with proof, just as a fallback in case resolution is not found by their timer's end?
Support might not get back to you right away (weekend) but at least there's a chance of them fixing the issue and granting the prize after?

Finally finished, but something weird happened. When I hit build, I was charged 100 gems. Did this happen to anyone else?

I had all of the items so I am not sure why it cost gems at all. Very confused.

Edit: Guess I’m not the only one. Hope S8 figures it out soon.

I don't believe it! 😥 😣😖 My realm is doing exactly the same thing!!

I just collected my Toy Reindeer, finished goal 4, got Baron's final goal popup which auto-completed and goal 5 popped up- annnnd my sleigh is stuck with everything collected and no Upgrade option.
Force close didn't help.

I'll file a support ticket myself too, after getting dinner in the oven.
Ugh.


Edit: Omg. So. Person above was charged 100
gems for finishing. Melany77 thought they had been charged earlier too but without proof warned us to watch and make sure we don't lose Gems... and
I don't have 100 Gems on my account! (Spent some in December sale earlier)

Is that why I can't finish? Orrr no, the Upgrade button is greyed out so my gems shouldn't matter... finish for 0 Gems doesn't do anything for me either.

Submitting Tickets won't help us in time.

Stymie, you didn't run into any problems upgrading?

Maybe if you have 100 Gems you can upgrade but it costs you 100 Gems.. and if you don't have 100 Gems you're stuck? (like me)
