    Getting EXTREMELY frustrated

    Hello, I am getting extremely frustrated with this game. Whenever I open it and it has to load, the game tells me that "I have to have an internet connection to play" while I have a perfectly fine internet connection and I have to press the "try again" button and hope it works. This is a problem because whenever this happens, I end up making no profits and none of the items of my boutique sell. Combine this with the fact that this happens EVERY time I have to load the game, I am quickly losing interest and hope in this game. I have emailed support three times and each time, my request was closed.

    When I have connection issues sometimes it helps if I force close the game and reopen it or if I bring my iPad closer to the router in my house.
