A workaround that worked with me is if you have an iPhone to use that when you go mining.

Yes I cannot use the mine on any of my iOS devices as it keeps crashing since the iOS update. So I cannot progress and have probably lost upwards of 20-30 bombs
Tested today, 11/11/2020. Still crashing. Don’t waste your explosives.

Well, they gave me some gems in one of my games, and closed my tickets in both games saying it was resolved. Guess I’m out. Y’all enjoy
If the issue is not resolved, you should be able to reply to your previous ticket. If not, you can create a follow-up.

I have. Multiple times. I get the same answer “We’re looking into this.”
And so I keep checking back here to see if anyone else has gotten resolution. I’m about done playing the game. If I can’t mine, I can’t get runes and I can’t expand. Not much point in playing anymore.
In case you’re wondering, I’m on my third support ticket. Happy to give numbers of them if that would get me anywhere.
