Game crashes when I find something in mining

This has been reported to the Storm8 team since 10/20/20. See game glitching issue and it was posted they were going to refer it to their team.
If we cannot mine, we cannot expand. If we cannot expand then there is no room for more habitats. If there is no room for habitats then there is no point breeding
At that point the game is null
I have 600 gems. If the game is unplayable then I want to be issued a refund or my gems transferred to Dragon Story!!

A workaround that worked with me is if you have an iPhone to use that when you go mining.

As the community manager mentioned, you should also contact support if you are having this issue.

I did get a reply today on my support ticket. They asked me to video record my game crashing. So I?ve now sacrificed two MORE explosives while recording the crash. I might as well, because I can?t go any further in the game until I can expand.

Yes I cannot use the mine on any of my iOS devices as it keeps crashing since the iOS update. So I cannot progress and have probably lost upwards of 20-30 bombs

Tested today, 11/11/2020. Still crashing. Don’t waste your explosives.

Well, they gave me some gems in one of my games, and closed my tickets in both games saying it was resolved. Guess I’m out. Y’all enjoy
