    A workaround that worked with me is if you have an iPhone to use that when you go mining.

    As the community manager mentioned, you should also contact support if you are having this issue.

    I did get a reply today on my support ticket. They asked me to video record my game crashing. So I?ve now sacrificed two MORE explosives while recording the crash. I might as well, because I can?t go any further in the game until I can expand.

    Yes I cannot use the mine on any of my iOS devices as it keeps crashing since the iOS update. So I cannot progress and have probably lost upwards of 20-30 bombs

    Tested today, 11/11/2020. Still crashing. Don’t waste your explosives.

    Edit: tested again 11/13. Still crashing

    Well, they gave me some gems in one of my games, and closed my tickets in both games saying it was resolved. Guess I’m out. Y’all enjoy

    If the issue is not resolved, you should be able to reply to your previous ticket. If not, you can create a follow-up.

    I have. Multiple times. I get the same answer “We’re looking into this.”

    And so I keep checking back here to see if anyone else has gotten resolution. I’m about done playing the game. If I can’t mine, I can’t get runes and I can’t expand. Not much point in playing anymore.
    In case you’re wondering, I’m on my third support ticket. Happy to give numbers of them if that would get me anywhere.

    My posts regarding the days that I check are simply an effort to keep others from wasting their explosives if the issue is still not resolved.
