I Can't Purchase Featured Items !!! Not Appearing for Purchase

For some reason, new featured items that are suppose to appear with the beginning of a new cruise are not appearing any longer. I have not been able to purchase anything new for awhile now. It's very frustrating because I see neighbors with new stuff that I would love to have, but do not have the opportunity to purchase. Plus, I have over 84 million coins and around 700 gems! I sent a help request to Storm8 Support but was told they no longer support individual help requests and referred me to this forum for help. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this??

There hasn’t been any new items in the shop for a while. The players you are visiting are either winning these items from the cruise or have them from a previous event.

You can make a suggestion if you want in the Suggestions and Feedback forum for Storm8 to do more sales.
