Yes, if you've already completed this event, just wait for the next one! You'll be able to get more Spooky Supplies rather early on.

I think you will be alright. Next time you get webbed rope, put it toward getting the pumpkin token. I already did one out of order too. I don't think it will matter, but now I am going in order. Good luck.

That last reward box had 25 less webbed rope than pumpkin seeds so you couldn't finish that first craft in the Spooky Shack anyway. We'll just have to wait for more supplies along the way.
