    Adventure Tickets

    I do not understand how you get Adventure Tickets. I play the Bingo and got First Place and did not receive any. I am normally in the Silver League. I've been playing for at least 2 years and have only gotten 180 tickets. I've not received any for at least 3 to 5 months. Support fixed my problem one time and now keeps saying my ticket is closed. Something is not right.

    If you're having trouble contacting Support for an issue, you could try PMing a Mod who can help.

    If your tickets are being closed, then you probably haven't submitted them correctly. Try submitting your ticket using the Issues/Bugs Topic and then selecting Missing an Item or Event Related Issue options. You'll get an email with your ticket # once you've sent your ticket correctly to Support.
