Expansion permits normally cost 250 gems. On sale, 2500 gems will set you back about $60. So getting 10 permits for $5 is a steal.

In the event that just ended, the final package had 2 expansion permits (and event items) for $10.

Packages can have trade tickets or expansion permits but I am pretty sure that such a deal is very rare.

Level 5 Upgrade Required 2 Bamboo Sword, not regular bamboo.
I assume the Higher Level requirement would be 3 Bamboo Sword for Level 5, then, also?

Makes sense given Goal 8 requires us to forge the 2 Bamboo Swords!

Goal 8:
* Make Bamboo Blocks (Craft this in the Workshop!) 0/2
* Make Bamboo Beams (Craft this in the Workshop!) 0/2
* Make Bamboo Swords (Craft this in the Magic Forge!) 0/2
* Upgrade the Bamboo Grove to Lv.5 (Use your upgrade supplies!)
