Ya neither Toadstool farmhouses nor the Overgrown farmhouses have ever felt special to me in terms of spawn rate. If anything I have wondered if they are worse but they probably are not.

Glad i'm not the only one! Sometimes it feels like different realms fall into different 'categories' of drops/patterns, so strange.

Thanks for all of the info! Am I correct that we do not need to visit Ivy during this event? That 12 hour timer has bitten me in the past! LOL
Also please feel free to add me as a neighbor. I have lost a lot of active neighbors and those 15 requests can take a long time to be received.

Wait, so saplings/trees only come from the adventure? You can?t buy them??

Once you get the 2 you can buy them but they are 50 gems

I did not have any Saplings appear until I finished the 3-3 adventures and reached the next goal 3-4.
The saplings then appeared in my inventory, I had 2 to place on my board from the 2 Adventures I did for 3-3 (lower level requirements).
Didn't get any confirmation that they had appeared from the adventures while still on 3-3, they just popped up my inventory when I hit "tend" from 3-4.

I?m on chapter 3 goal 4 of 5 have noticed an unusual deal. My inventory says I have 11 oasis waters but the goal is crediting me with Only 9. Has anyone else noticed that???

Just checked the goal again, now I Only have 8. Weird

I think it’s the difference in tend oasis saplings which you have to do 10 times Vs. the oasis water you collect during the tending process (I.e., I have tended two times for a total of 3 waters)

For me, it seems some events the "special" buildings drop more, other times less....so I think it's a random thing.

After finishing 3.3 I place the saplings. Rollback immediately happened and adventure is still collected, I?m on 3.4 but no saplings where I placed them or in storage. If I do another adventure do you think I?ll get the saplings or am I screwed?

7. There are 2 sets of requirements for this event - Low level is 15-30 and High level is 31-50 (? be good to confirm if you are L30)

Was this an old note from a previous year perhaps?

Yes, this is an old note - I'll update to what we think it is now and that's Level 40 which has been standard for the past few events that have different requirements for low and high levels.
