Yes, this is an old note - I'll update to what we think it is now and that's Level 40 which has been standard for the past few events that have different requirements for low and high levels.

I thought it was level 45 where the higher requirements started.....

I tried 6 adventures and no Oasis Tree dropped. But I got one Egyptian Falcon after finishing Goal 3.3. I'll keep trying and report the drop rate later.
