That stays until the event is over for everyone...as some players didn't start on the 1st day, maybe even 2nd or 3rd day. That puts them past first day players.

That's correct. Although sometimes it doesn't happen at all, but that's rare I think..

The maximum of 'Seraphina the Sphinx' is 5 and the option to craft and the spawns will stay for 4 more days.

I finished last night after using 60 gems. Opened the game this morning and Cleo is not on my board anymore and says I can still buy her for 500 gems!!!! I just emailed Storm8. NOT HAPPY

My Cleo also went missing but I found her in my inventory. Super annoying with her long timer but I am grateful to have her and not have to redo something to get her back. The constant resets this game does and telling me to check my connection while the game has no trouble having constant ads pop up. No wonder people crash when they try to visit other kingdoms it starts an avalanche of adverts to play other games. Rarely you can actually see the game flash and you can go through and redo everything you just did but often you only find out after you ran out of energy and you KNOW you just clicked on energy droppers and sure enough you go back to find the game reset and you have to wait for a couple minutes to click on the energy dropper and find what else you did got undone. What sort of business model are they running here?

IMO the reason we are having problems is with the excessive, bandwidth & processor sucking, ads. Why must a popup ad have embedded animation?
And I used to watch the videos; I enjoyed learning about new games. I downloaded some, even spent real $. But not anymore, since the ads are now either standard TV ads (p.s. any company that puts a TV ad in my game loses my business forever. I will never ever ever again buy Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, or their parent company Clorox items, or shop at Wal-Mart who co-advertised) or else they hijack my processor/bandwidth to take me to the App Store. Even if interested in the game, I refuse to try the hijackers; what other nasty tricks will that particular game do?
