I finished The Academy but have yet to awaken Errol

I finished The Academy yesterday but am 60 diplomas short for awakening Errol. I opened a ticket with Storm8 but they closed it immediately.... I have crowns up the wazoo but haven?t been getting diplomas for almost a year even with finishing all of the games. Can anyone help?

We are all in the same boat, waiting on diplomas! Hoping each new quest will have them as a reward.
