    Hi please help me. I recently lost 23 gems when accidentally buying a box the thing is I didn't get the box and lost gems. I had 24 gems but now I only have 1. I worked very hard to earn these gems and I hope you can get me back my gems. Thanks a bunch

    send an email to support@teamlava.com Give them your storm ID, the game and the day it happened. They will be able to tell you your gems were spent on.

    No. TeamLava's policy is to not refund gems or coins. If you didn't get your missing item, they may give it to you.

    Whilst it is a good idea to follow that advice, it hardly answers the question.

    E-mail them, then they'll tell you if you will or not (unfortunately nmishii is probably correct).

    You have to reinstall the games I had the same problem & that is what worked
