I had enough collectibles to get 30000 coins and 75 stars x4. I hit redeem 3x but didn't receive anything yet bakery story deducted the collectibles. What can I do?

I'm sorry if I discussed something,I should not have. I am new to the forum and I made sure the player involved was not named, and I used my other device, so no one could find out the person involved was, I really did not know it was something I could not discuss, I was upset and needed some advice. I have since had other players adding me to find out who it is, I have made no comment and not replied back and deleted pending invite. I have emailed again, but I'm not holding out much hope. Sorry again
