    1) Where was your message deleted?

    2) i. because they're and confidential (although I'd argue that anyone can just forward them anyway, so even if they don't get put on the forums, people can still spread them around the web)
    ii. Because GM says so. I tried to point to (2)ii.))being the main reason but, even though it put him in a better light than he's already in, he refused it and said that it was just because they were confidential.

    I already said I found my question on another thread. I just made a mistake. Still find the rule ridiculous given that I only ever receive automated responses.

    You receive canned responses afterwards. You immediately get the automated one, then support reviews it and writes back. I'm afraid I spent more than 3 minutes typing that out, so I didn't see your update. And, whilst you may find the rules ridiculous, you still have to follow them if you wish to use TL services.
