    Dish Rotation

Could someone please explain the reasoning behind the rotation of dishes available on appliances? For example, Turkey Burgers and Cabbage and Bacon were each available on the oven for about a month, and then removed. But, Candy Corn Pizza and Mummy Pizza have been available continuously since at least October 2019.

It's not a rotation but rather an effort to make the Side Goals more accessible to players - the team will move the three recipes required to the Basic Oven for the duration of the goal. This is something new that started a few months back but it's not something that happens every goal so I'm not sure what their deciding factors are; likely it's a random and up to the whims of whomever is designing said goals.

Anyway, if a player participates in the goal, the recipes return to their location as soon as they finish the final task. If a player does not participate in the goal, the recipes will remain in the Basic Oven for the entire 15 Days of the goal.

Food can only spoil while it's on the appliance, once you serve the dish it'll last forever. As for spoiling on the stove, a safe rule of thumb is to double the cooking time so if a recipe is 1 hour it will last 2 hours after you start cooking it on the stove before it spoils.
