    Gems Issue

    Recently i play with android and ios in same account but then my watch video to get free gems is NO MORE !! Why?? When got pop out i got x2 gems video to watch, after finish watching also not credit me the gems... Why?? Please advise and solve it !!!

    The free gem videos are a promotional feature that is randomly assigned and can come and go at random times.
