Is it only me? I can't return gifts or visit neighbors since reset a few minutes ago in RS but BS too

Just checked in both games: I can visit neighbors just fine and was also able to send gifts without trouble.

Of course, this just means it's not a wide spread issue which I realize doesn't actually help you much but still thought I'd share my findings.
