It's mentioned on page 1, but it's worth repeating: Mama bear spawns from cottages even before you reach the goal that asks for her. Since cottages have a pretty long timer and we need quite a few of the honey pots Mama bear drops (was it 40?), it might be worth it to start on this early on, if you have the energy.

Thanks for answering me, I guess the force closing must have worked. The next goal came up & I was able to go ahead & complete the upgrade. Thanks again.

You can?t level up unless the goal asks you to. I kept trying to level up before it asked for it on 3 levels until I finally had a lightbulb moment duh

Thanks for reminding us Mama Bear is available early. Just collected from 15 cottages (including the special ones). I fought 4 bears and received 5 honey pots.

Gingerbread cottage spawned a mama bear. Not up to that part yet but w 40 honeypots to collect, yup, seems smart to get a move on. Thanks to all who posted about that possibility of getting the mama bear from the cottages early! Again, without reading forum, it would be TOUGH to do these events.

anyone know if the drop rate of honeycomb goes down when level of beehive goes up?
(don’t know if relevant since I can’t find what I need for the hive gear and the honey feast)

Almost made a major mistake. When going into Featured to buy more Honey Tree's thye had shifted to the right to make room for the SIlly Dumb Rose Cabbages.. SO i selcted the Gem Golden Honey tree instead,, but was able to "rectify" in time.

I'm a level 50 kingdom. I have not noticed any change in honeycomb drops. I'm at level 5 hive.

I don't think the drop rate changes, although of course you might have a lucky or an unlucky streak at any time.

The hive gear requires 12 honeycombs each, so that's a LOT of them. However, you don't need honeycomb for the honey feast, just honey flower buds in terms of event items. You can find the info of what you need for each craft on page 1, right before the goal information.
