**Note** Many of us have experienced times when we completed an Act but wasn't awarded the necessary prize that was to enable us to advance to the next Act or Chapter. I've found that the one thing I did that helped me avoid this is to ALWAYS force-close and restart the game BEFORE I start doing any of the tasks for the Acts.

Let me know of any errors or omissions, especially in the task list and prizes.

This actually happened to me on 3 of my 4 accounts. Finally got credit after completing multiple battles. Not just one battle, but about 4 on each account. Not bothering to submit a ticket since I finally got the Coolwind Dragon.

Oops! I was so eager to post that I didn't bother to read all the posts above about others also having this problem. It's strange that is works for some and not for some. Obviously deadpixel had no problem, and neither did my baby account, but all 3 of my older accounts encountered this issue.

MYMONTA, I see you also play on 4 Islands. Are you still winning Tournaments without the videos? Its so time consuming to juggle all my Islands when I have to wait an hour for next opponent. Valkyrie, I have no inside information about the game. I have no idea if videos will be coming back or not. I am assuming that you must play on Android. I have an iPhone and then some sort of cheap droid. I still get videos on the IOS device, so it hasn't really affected me. It's a pain not getting them on the 'droid anymore, though, because what I liked to do was play my games on there while watching Apple TV on the iPhone.
I am finding that it is too time-consuming and too expensive to keep up with 4 islands, so i might retire my oldest one, although it is the one that has the most champion dragons accumulated. Maybe it will be my tournament island and the others will continue to pursue events.

Have you tried force-closing and restarting your game?

This game has *****ed me out of cool wind dragon for 3 days even though. I had the items to make it. Then thevitems disappeared. Customer Support told me tonforce close my game. That did not help also it put me behind 3 days. Then it wasn't showing the items I made during the Quests. SO because of their mistakes in the story. I won't be able to finish. They should have to put me where I should be in the Quest. But of course why would they do the right thing.This is not the first time it has happened in this game. This is getting old.

It only counts if you take from the original breeding den it will not count if you are doing it from the purple roost

I did not know that breeding from purple den does not count. Well, that will save me 100 gold a week! No point doubling output if it does not count in events

No it’s only Tales that it doesn’t count and when it says to breed certain types of dragons it will only register from the den!
