Yeah. I got mine from the castle adventure which was ready to collect - before this storyline even started.

Hmmmm....if 5 expansion permits are required for the 7 day timed event, no sense even trying this one. That’s out of my reach at this level. ��

Do spires count as watchtowers in this event, for collecting swamp scythes?

I got the camouflage on the mushroom quest.

I usually try to keep my main keep open and available for the new questline since I usually start them first thing in the morning and I live in EST so PST is mid to late afternoon. I still do my Ivy collections though because I try to do the 12 hour (as well as the 8 hour) collections together. I have been wondering about continuing to collect from some items.

You get map in goal 6. ( You just have to click ACCEPT). Then you can expand just click GO. Goal 8 was something as simple - so easy, I didn't even notice it passed.

Around goal 7-9 the feature to buy March reeds from market has been unlocked ( 500 coins) Also Marsh Trees ( 800 coins).

March Reeds have timer: 10 minutes. ( 1 Gem speed up).
Marsh Trees take 20 chops. ( Came as fully grown, take up 1x1 squares). Chopping my second tree spawned Tough Muddling - they take 15 hits to defeat. They also spawn from tending Marsh Reeds.

Tough Muddlings drop Muddy Compass.
