I tried just once with nothing so your results don?t leave me too optimistic that getting 10 wisps will happen anytime soon. That sure doesn?t make it fun....just frustrating.
Update; I did get a dragonfly wisp on my third try. it looks like a long road ahead for us to get 10 of them.

5 tries for wisps none. do you have to be lucky enough to get them? don't know how you can get 10 of them
Just got one Dragonfly Wisp after several tries. Seem it’s gonna take a long time.

Part 3/4 goal 6 is find a swamp settlement. Think I said requirements to expand earlier.
Goal 7 says investigate the swamp settlement. It has 8 hour timer,skip for 8 gems. Ok,I should've checked first. Had a monster on my board,but as my music keeps cutting out I didn't hear it. Clear monsters off your board before clicking on the settlement.
Goal 8 part one- defeat a swamp snake,press go takes you back to settlement,again,8 hour timer.part two- gather snake skin. Lets hope they're there.
Ok,snake was there.gorgeous big one. 15 hits. Goal cleared automatically after,unlocking marshland permits.
Goal 9 -defeat swamp snake. Press go took me to swamp trees.
-gather snake skin. I had 1/5 so first one counted.
- gather swamp bugs. Which was ticked off already.
-trade for a marshland permit. Which was ticked off also.

swamp staff is a reward from Odette! Just keep going in part two to get it.
Ok folks,snakes are spawning from trees. So are muddlings,fangbeasts and skunkupines. So,after four muddlings,two fangbeasts and a skunk,I got my four snake skins to complete the five we need. Goal completed as I had bugs and a marshland permit from previous goal. Part 4/4 says search for the missing sheep. Pressing go took me to the bottom left on the coast,top square. Is that like AA1? Pressing expand,square below it is 3600 royal points,600,000 coins, 4,repeat 4, glowing compasses and 3 regular expansion permits. Square next to settlement said read marsh map,already ticked off, 1600 royal points,120,000 coins and 10 wisp lanterns. Cheap,but we are using lanterns like no tomorrow. I need to restock my lanterns,so I'm gonna leave ya'll to it and wish you's luck. Enjoy. Snake looks great s8,as does everything else. Big thumbs up. Loving this one,even if I've spent a bucketload of gems.lol
Ok,yep,as our wise Spirit Wind noted,and I checked Shibuya's amazing interactive map,it is AC15 that we get taken to. Next to that beast lair looking thing.

Am I right that dragonfly wisps are a bottleneck? Is there anything I can do while I am waiting a couple of days to get 10 of these?? After 3 collections, I only have one so this is going to be slow, but I'd like to work ahead on other things if I can.
