I am guessing you may have to collect another 10, well probably another 8 as it is probably showing you have collected 2/10. We were warned not to give them till we had all 10. Shame you got caught. Probably either that or gem past.

No it still says 8/10. I collected the other 2 but it won?t accept it. I?m not in a hurry since this is not timed so I?ll wait till I have another 10 and try to give again.

That sounds more like a bug to me. Maybe Spiritwind has some advice.

Can someone refresh my memory? Is the only way to get the compasses you need to make the glowing compasses from the muddling that has a four hour timer? I haven't had one drop in quite a while.

You get them from defeating muddling monsters that spawn from the trees and reeds.

You can as well harvest marsh reeds where muddling appears also from time to time.

Im sure its been posted earlier but can you make Marshland Permits ahead of time?
Not sure if there is a goal that requires you to make.

Have been in part III, goal 3 for days! It says search the mud for clues. I have been chopping the trees and defeating mudlings. I forced close many times. Any more ideas?
