I cannot seem to get past Battlecaster. I don’t have all the champion type dragons like most high level players. I‘ve been using my Diamond -15, Mithril -13, and Strongshine -11. I‘ve been on this one since yesterday. Am I using Bash when I should be using Magic? Is one combo better than another? Any help would be appreciated...

Your experience is a lot like mine. I’m not playing this tournament but I use Diamond 15 dragons almost exclusively to get past high level champs. I start with Bash Magic Magic and if that doesn’t work, I heal the dragon up and then lead with Magic Bash Bash. Keep alternating. Usually the second or third time is the charm for me. Just to keep dragons in play I also have Achilles 14 and Infinity 15 and I alternate them in between healing Diamond 15.

Does this make sense? Unlike a lot of players I just don’t have any luck using Champs on champs or high level commons like Dark or Fire on champs. A lot of wasted food there, lol. Ymmv.

Thank you for your help! I finally got past Battlecaster & now stuck at Warden. This tourney seems extra challenging! There’s been a few on here I’ve used the exact same dragon that skyharbor602 used (like Mithril on Warden) and still lost. Is there anyway of knowing when to use Magic or Bash or is it just a guess?

I didn’t realize that so thanks for clarifying that. Just curious, then why alternate between Bash & Magic? Why not use all bash or all magic? I apologize for all the questions... still learning.

This tourney went well for me. My usual stars of Diamond, Valiant, Chakra, Glasswing & Rainbow Sentinel, Black Knight did the biz most of the time. Diamond took out most of the champs. Huntress is also proving to be a star and had been rewarded with more food, taking her to level 12.
