Thanks for getting back. Yes I tried that before messaging you and just now tried it again. Still shows 164 in gems in the window but when you click on the call to action button to get the item it shows 83. Sorry I didn’t take it through all steps until now. Thanks for your help.

I can't believe the baby turtle is just a deco and have no movement at all. Very disappointed. I thought it is a pet. At least pls make him have a little movement. In and out his head maybe ?
