    Game Malfunction / Coins Lost

    Hello, today in the middle of gameplay the game malfunctioned and removed my over $200K in coins. A ticket was submitted, only to be told that the team cannot recover the missing coins! I don't understand why, "missing coins" is an option for support if the team cannot recover them!

    It is very frustrating to have saved my coins and to lose them in the blink of an eye.

    Does anyone know what additional steps can be taken to get this resolved?

    If you bought them through Apple I tunes you can let them know and they will reimburse you.
