    Cannot purchase in app packs

    Hi there

    I have an iPad mini 5. Current version of the game. This new event and the last event I have not been able to purchase the in app bundles/packs. I get a message saying I already purchased it and will restore for free. Then the game freezes and I cannot play without shutting it down. I have shut the game down several times aswell as restarting my iPad mini and nothing works.

    I hope you can fix this issue.

    Unfortunately the forum can't help with gem issues. You need to lodge a Support form. Click here to contact S8 Support.
    It could be your settings in the App Store or you've disabled in-app purchases in settings. Check those out too.

    The FAQ section in game has info on how to that. Good luck!

    Thank you. It?s not Apple, I spoke with Apple support. So I will have to go through storm 8 support.
