There is something wrong with the material requests in RS.

Yesterday I send requests to almost all my active neighbors, and I recieved only 3 out of the max 20 requests I could daily recieve. Only 3!

I got requests from my neighbors from 2 days ago while I'm a active daily player and answer my neighbors requests a few times a day.

Please Storm8, fix it. This is a major problem and reducing my will to play.
And please fix the not loading video's and notifications as well.
