    Gems & Watch Videos not working

    When I go to watch a video to gain my gems "sorry can't access this, try again later" it has done this for three weeks now. I have lost so many gems due to this bug. I've contacted customer service and put in a ticket for it. I was ignored, and told to come fourms instead and instantly closing my ticket. So, trying to see if anyone can help me fix this bug. Restaurant Story
