i think he just boosts your chances, I don’t think he drops them specifically.

You don't get supplies, having him increases the number of event items you find when collecting around your kingdom.

I just found 5 red Acer trees in my inventory. Full grown. No idea where they came from.
Check yours.

They were a reward from one of the first few goals, can't remember which one.

Argh. I paid some gems to speed up Ivy and craft two uni-calf’s simultaneously, but only got one. No where did it say you could only craft one. I want my gems back........... I’ve never attempted to craft two at once, ugh.

Of course I just started making mithril in my forge!!!! Arghh!

Mysterious Matter is not a guaranteed drop from dead trees. 2 gave 0, 4 gave 1, 2 gave 2, 1 gave 3 for me.

Has anyone found all 4 Clue Fragments- if yes- where?

look at the clues. They tell you where to go to find them.
