I think this is it, from page 1, goal 9 refers to the third clue fragment.
Rainbow Fragment 3:
Find the First Corner (Ask a Cow if they've seen anything!)
Find the Second Corner (Search the Royal Exchange!)
Find the Third Corner (I saw something in the Stables!)
Find the Fourth Corner (What's that Fangbeast got?)

I?ve got 3 of the four clues. I have clicked on the stables last night and this morning but no clue dropped. I?m thinking if gemming forward since it is just 4 gems.

I have created all the Rainbow Fragment II needed.
Now onto Rainbow Fragment III; I only have 11 watch tower of different types, guess I should build some more based on drop rates and 5 hour timers. yikes.

Has it been clarified as to which watch towers drop the wispies?

It would have been nice to have the Cloud Troll increase chances of double red wispies, that would have made the 180 gems more enticing for him

Also, I wonder if Spires work for the blue wispies, I have found that to be true in previous events.

I would also like to know if spires drop blue wispies?

So far none of mine did... but that might be the low droprate. I only have 3 watchtowers and I hope I don't have to sell my spires to buy watch towers!

it should come when you get a trade ticket. I haven't read of anyone else with this issue. May have to post this n Bugs Thread.
